Updated the Vigorous Ability

Hey folks!
The recovery hack I published obviously had an impact on some Special Abilities. Most are still functional and will give the same benefit, but one was badly affected. Namely, the Vigorous ability in the Cutter Playbook. So I made some changes to that ability and updated the PDF!
It now functions as follow:
- Gives +1d to the Recover roll.
- Removes Stress cost to Recover by toughing it out or using Physicker on yourself
